Breathwork is a powerful tool for transformation.

It connects you with your body, brings clarity to the mind, and opens space for presence, ease, and emotional release.

In just one session, you may feel more grounded, alive, and connected — sometimes even joyful or deeply peaceful. Other times, breathwork can bring old patterns or emotions to the surface to be seen, felt, and gently released.

What is Conscious Connected Breath?

The breathwork I offer is grounded in the practice of Conscious Connected Breath — a gentle, continuous breathing rhythm that supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep inner connection.

This practice doesn’t involve controlling or forcing the breath. Instead, it invites the body to soften, open, and move at its own pace. It creates a space where old stories, emotions, and patterns can gently come to the surface and be met with awareness and care.

My approach is trauma-informed and rooted in somatic principles. It’s shaped by my background as a certified psychiatric nurse, and years of study in breathwork, somatic healing, family constellations, and feminine embodiment.

Rather than aiming for dramatic breakthroughs, I focus on creating safety — so that transformation can unfold in a way that is integrative, embodied, and sustainable.

Why Breathwork?

We all carry stories, emotions, and experiences in our bodies. Breathwork helps bring these into motion — not to overwhelm, but to support release, insight, and integration.

This work can support:

Each journey is unique. Some sessions feel light and expansive. Others may be more raw and revealing. All of it is welcome. You’re held with care in a space of deep respect and trust.

Contraindications

While Conscious Connected Breath is safe for many, it may not be suitable for everyone. Please consult your doctor or reach out to me before joining a session if you are pregnant, have a history of cardiovascular issues, epilepsy, glaucome, severe mental health conditions (such as psychosis), or other serious medical concerns.

Your safety is always the priority, and together we can explore what kind of support is right for you.

Ways to Work Together

1:1 Breathwork Mentorship

These sessions blend breathwork with coaching and other somatic tools to meet your individual needs. We begin by exploring your intentions and what you’re moving through right now. Then we co-create a space where your inner process can unfold safely and clearly. Online or in-person.

I offer you honest reflection, grounded tools, and space for your own truth to emerge.

A package of 10 sessions is recommended to allow for integration and lasting change.

 

Group Breathwork Ceremonies

Held in a ceremonial space with music and gentle guidance, these group sessions offer the power of shared experience. You’ll breathe, release, connect - and rest into a sound bath at the end for integration.

My work is grounded in decades of experience — from nursing and psychiatric care to spiritual practice, motherhood, and ongoing study of the body’s wisdom. I’ve trained with renowned teachers and shaped a practice that is both deep and accessible.

Holding safe space is at the heart of what I do. I meet each person with presence, care, and trust in your inner knowing.
